With a growing order book and clear plans for expansion, they are seeking an experienced Estimator who wants long-term progression — not just another role.

The company’s head office is based in London, with remote working available and a monthly office meet-up to maintain collaboration and team cohesion. This offers flexibility while still being part of a close-knit and ambitious commercial team.

The Role

You will take ownership of pricing and tendering for key roofing and cladding contracts, playing a pivotal role in the company’s continued commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially sound estimates

* Interpret performance specifications, drawings, BOQs, and budgets to compile complete tenders

* Liaise with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries

* Obtain and analyse pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

* Coordinate with internal teams to establish labour rates and bespoke system requirements

* Ensure all tenders are submitted professionally and within deadlines

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years’ estimating experience within roofing and cladding

* Strong understanding of industrial façade systems

* Proficient in Causeway or similar estimating software

* High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail

* Strong IT, numerical, and organisational skills

* Clear communicator who performs well under pressure

* Stable career history and a genuine desire to grow with a developing contractor
