With multiple offices across the UK and a diverse client base including residential, commercial, heritage, hotels, industrial and more, there is ample opportunity to widen your experience and progress your career.

• Work with high calibre clients across a range of sectors and projects as part of an experienced and growing team
• Collaborate on bank / project monitoring and building surveying instructions such as Party Wall, Dilapidations and Surveys
• Be aligned with senior colleagues to balance workload and minimise travel where possible

• Recently MRICS qualified (essential)
• Experience with in a UK Chartered Surveying / Consultancy environment
• Team player with strong communication skills

• £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
• Excellent, highly achievable individual bonus scheme
