Our company is split into two business areas:
- Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
- Social Infrastructure – Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate delivery on projects
- Liaise with all parties regarding planned work requirements
- Ensure works are planned in line with programme delivery schedule
- Review and assess potential risks in planned works that could delay project delivery
- Update internal trackers and schedules
- Attend calls and meetings via Teams or in person
- Input site data into internal and client systems where required
- Download information from client systems including drawings, surveys and data sheets
- Prepare job packs and upload as directed within agreed procedures
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval and invoicing
- File creation - electronic and hard copy
- Report on and drive continuous improvement using KPIs
- Liaise with staff, operatives and customers effectively and with respect
- Arrange site visits and liaise with all parties as required
- Provide general administrative support as requested by the line manager
- Fulfill any other duties assigned to support the project team
- Experience in project coordination or delivery support within construction or infrastructure sectors is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with client and internal systems and data management
