Building Surveyor – Director-Led Consultancy | London

Join an independent, director-led consultancy where surveyors are trusted with responsibility and client exposure early on. You’ll take on a mix of professional and project-based work across a diverse portfolio, while working closely with senior colleagues who provide both mentorship and autonomy.

The Work

You’ll manage a varied caseload across professional surveying and project delivery, including:

️ Building surveys, technical due diligence, and acquisition reports

️ Dilapidations advice and negotiations for both landlords and tenants

️ Planned maintenance and asset management consultancy

️ Specialist work including Party Wall, Licence to Alter, and sustainability compliance

Who We’re Looking For

️ MRICS Building Surveyor, or working toward chartership with strong experience
