Senior Construction Site Manager – New Build Care Home
We’re looking for a Senior Construction Site Manager to take full control of a new-build care home, delivered using traditional construction (block & beam floors, masonry, flat and pitched timber roofs). This is a site-delivery role, from mobilisation to CQC-ready handover.
This Role Is For You If You Have- Delivered new-build care homes.
- Strong control of programme, commercial , quality, and subcontractors
- Deep understanding of fire strategy, compartmentation, infection control, and compliance
- Experience managing traditional builds with heavy M&E coordination
- Authority on site — you run it, not babysit it
- You’ve never handed over a care home
- You rely on others to drive programme or quality
- You avoid confrontation with underperforming trades
SMSTS & CSCS Black Card essential. Long-term projects. Serious delivery expectations.
