Senior Quantity Surveyor

The directors of a well known and dynamic construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects and to work in their London office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a diverse QS/EA/PM role on a broad array of new build projects including housing, commercial, education, retail and hospitality sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar Previous or current experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS would be a plus but not essential Pre and post contract experience Comfortable carrying out a QS/EA/PM role A successful track record of running multiple projects Client facing In Return? £65,000 - £75,000 26 days annual leave + bank holidays Business and project expenses Mileage (45p per mile) Pension RICS subscription Training costs and development Flexible working Bonus If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Hannah Gordon at Ernest and Florent.
