Are you a Building Surveyor with your sights set on something bigger, better... bolder? Whether you're newly chartered, well on your way, or ready to ditch the corporate red tape for a role with real impact - this could be your next move.
The Opportunity:
Join a forward-thinking construction consultancy that's shaking things up in the built environment space. They've got the projects (commercial, heritage, residential, education - you name it), the pipeline, and the culture that keeps talented surveyors inspired and supported.
You'll work across a diverse range of surveys, project work, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect analysis. Autonomy? Loads of it.
Career development ? Mapped out for you. Flexible working? Absolutely.
What They're Looking For:
Experience in Building Surveying (ideally 2+ years post-grad)
MRICS-qualified or actively working towards chartership
A confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a can-do mindset
London market experience preferred, but not essential
Why This Role?
Real opportunity to grow with a company that invests in YOU
Hybrid working (3 days in office/client sites, 2 from home)
Collaborative, friendly team with top-tier leadership
High-profile clients, complex challenges, zero bureaucracy
