Chartered​/Senior Building Surveyor; Heritage

Vertical Recruitment is partnering with a well established, nationally consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing London team. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are open to MRICS qualified surveyors at Chartered, Senior, or Associate level.

The role sits within a Building Surveying team that has a strong focus on heritage projects, driven by an ongoing relationship with a client whose estate comprises listed and historic buildings.

• Delivering a full range of Building Surveying services across historic and listed buildings
• Working on Grade II and other heritage assets within a managed estate portfolio
• Acting as a key client contact, collaborating with asset managers, estates teams and external consultants
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice while respecting conservation and heritage requirements

• Experience with in consultancy building surveying
• Heritage or listed building experience is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine interest in working within the heritage sector
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
