A well-established main contractor in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contractual aspects of high-profile projects. You will lead subcontractor procurement, prepare valuations, and engage with stakeholders to ensure value for money. The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 3 years' experience with a main contractor, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
