Renowned for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and impeccable quality, they work on some of the capital's most prestigious and architecturally significant homes.
They are seeking a Project Director to join their business, offering the opportunity to lead landmark projects and oversee high‑performing teams within a forward‑thinking and design‑driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to become part of a close‑knit senior team and contribute to high‑profile projects across London.
The Ideal Project Director Will Have- Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 7, or equivalent
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work (Level 3), Temporary Works Supervisor
- Strong contractual understanding, including variations and notices
- Proven experience delivering high‑end residential refurbishment projects
- Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience managing programmes, quality, compliance, and commercial reporting
- Competency in Procore site management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and Asta Power project
- Strong client‑facing ability, with experience working with architects, consultants, and private clients
- High level of organisation, risk management, and problem‑solving capability
