Project Manager - Fit

Position: Project Manager - Fit Out (Permanent, Contract)
Project Manager – Fit Out | London | £350 per day

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering high-profile, high-spec fit out schemes across London. This is an immediate start opportunity working with a Tier 1 main contractor on a prestigious flagship project.

You will take full responsibility for managing the project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a strong leader who can drive performance on fast-paced schemes while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overall management of site operations and day-to-day project delivery

* Leading and coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades

* Managing and updating project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved

* Overseeing health & safety compliance and ensuring a safe working environment

* Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works meet specification

* Chairing site meetings and providing clear progress reports to senior management

* Managing logistics, sequencing, and procurement of materials

* Maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication throughout the project

* Driving projects through to successful completion and handover

Key Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience delivering high-value commercial fit out projects in London

* Previous experience working with Tier 1 main contractors

* Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills

* Excellent leadership and client-facing abilities

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)

* Available to start immediately
