Building Surveyor

An established UK consultancy with a strong reputation for quality delivery is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing and ambitious team. The Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Building Surveyor will join a forward-thinking team, delivering a combination of professional and project-based services across a diverse portfolio. Sectors will include education, commercial, industrial, and office environments.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven Building Surveyor to apply technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and practical expertise to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:

* Covering all aspects of professional and project-related building surveying services

* Working across multiple sectors including education, commercial, industrial, and office spaces

* Delivering high-quality service and contributing to the continued success of the consultancy

The successful Building Surveyor will have:

* BSc or MSc in Building Surveying

* Previous experience within a consultancy environment

* A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach

* Strong communication and client-facing skills
