Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, rapidly growing Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor because of securing several new projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining their London office of 40+, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a few projects at either pre or post contract stage, and be expected to deliver the work with the support of a couple of Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Management team are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with good pre contract experience (cost planning, procurement, etc), and who is comfortable interfacing with clients. Project wise, you will mainly be working on residential based projects, including student accommodation and co-living schemes valuing on average between £30m and £50m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS would be ideal
Strong pre contract experience - especially cost planning
Residential project sector experience would be a plus, not essential
Good with clients and confident interfacing with them
Comfortable mentoring Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyors
From a PQS / Consultancy background
