A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor with 2-3 years' experience to support projects across London. The company offers a structured workload, strong operational support, and a professional environment where surveyors are trusted to manage their work properly.

This role is ideal for someone who has built solid surveying experience and is now looking to step into a well-paid, stable position with long-term progression.

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
  264
• Working across commercial and mixed-use sites
• Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company standards

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years' experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Full UK driving licence
