Location: Greater London
Overview
Working Foreman required for a company that specialises in Internal & External refurbishments, with projects in and around London. Projects can vary from high spec/high value residential refurbs to commercial fitouts, office fitouts or school refits etc. Looking for an experienced tradesman (Preferably Carpentry, but open to other trades). The successful applicant will be able to manage their time between working on the tools and managing the team and project as a whole.
Responsibilities- Manage time between working on the tools and managing the team and project as a whole.
- Read project drawings.
- Record site progress and keep the site diary.
- Liaise with a visiting project manager and clients, reporting site progress.
- A good eye for detail.
- The ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- The ability to read project drawings.

- CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are required.
