You love numbers. You thrive on putting all of the puzzle pieces together perfectly so you can seal the deal. Our Estimator will play a key role in keeping our multi-million projects on track. You will support the VP of Construction and the Construction Management team operations by preparing budgets and estimates for our multiple upcoming wood frame projects. You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.

You possess strong analytical and technological skills and work with the highest standard of ethics.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years relevant work experience estimating.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for construction and project management.
• A technical Diploma or relevant University Degree an asset.
• Recognized analytical and research skills.
• The ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask, and prioritize.
• The ability to travel throughout the Lower Mainland with access to your own vehicle.
• Supervisory experience.
