Ready to take your building surveying career further?

If you're an ambitious Building Surveyor with solid experience under your belt and the appetite for bigger projects, greater responsibility, and a clearly defined route to chartership (and beyond), this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing consultancy in London that's expanding its team and looking for a driven Building Surveyor to join them on their next phase of growth. You'll work on a diverse and engaging portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and heritage sectors-no two days the same, and no ceiling on your development.

This is far more than a standard surveying role. It's a chance to fast-track your career, collaborate with industry experts, and sharpen both your technical and project management skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing as the Building Surveyor
As a key part of the team, you'll be:

Delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, and due diligence reports
Supporting project management and contract administration on exciting refurbishment and development schemes
Building strong, long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
Contributing to the delivery of framework agreements and helping maintain the consultancy's reputation for excellence
Gaining hands-on experience with JCT and NEC contracts, expanding your technical and commercial expertise

What they're looking for

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
RICS chartered status is advantageous, but not essential
Proven experience across both professional and project-based work
Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
Commercial awareness with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Experience with BIM systems and modern surveying tools is a plus

What's in it for you?

A clear, fully supported pathway to chartership and rapid career progression
A friendly, collaborative culture where your ideas and ambitions are genuinely valued
Unlimited annual leave
Fully flexible and hybrid working
Outstanding team socials, events, and a people-first environment
Plus, plenty more benefits that support both your career and lifestyle
