An exciting role for a PROJECT MANAGER to join a firm in Oxfordshire to work on a range of construction projects generally valued from £5m to around £20m.

My client is a firm of construction consultants providing mainly a mix of services. Their Project Management team is 7 people strong. They have a selection of long‑standing clients and are extremely busy. They work on a good range of projects for building construction including new build, refurbishment, extensions, etc. They currently have two offices.

• Run projects on your own using JCT and other construction contracts.
• Organise and run meetings, take minutes, ensure the client brief is adhered to, and keep the project moving to completion on time and within budget.
• Run several projects concurrently.

• Approximately five years of experience as a Project Manager.
• MRICS qualified or working towards RICS qualification.
• Degree or Master’s in Construction Project Management or another recognised Built Environment subject (e.g., Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Structural Engineering).
• Experience with heritage and listed buildings helpful; at least an interest in doing so.
• Team player who can collaborate with others.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident in dealing with people at all levels.

Salary negotiable within £45,000 – £65,000 plus pension contribution, life assurance, discretionary bonus, professional fees and other benefits; excellent prospects for promotion.
