Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: North West London

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their data centre division to support the delivery of a major hyper-scale data centre project located close to Heathrow. This is a vital role in the commercial team as you will be supporting the team and contributing to others progression.

You will be in a key leadership role with the opportunity to work within a technically complex project environment involving high valuations. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work on large-scale projects and develop their career within a rapidly expanding division.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor Include but not limited to;
Act as key commercial point of contact Submit monthly applications for payment to the client in accordance with the contract Manage and negotiate variation and change orders with the client Final accounting Lead procurement Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor Live within commutable distance to Heathrow Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor Data centre experience is ESSENTIAL MUST have experience in dealing with clients What's on offer:
