Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Quantity Surveying team. In this role, you will have the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in construction and quantity surveying, along with knowledge of Methods of Measurement and standard Contract Forms, is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Preparing budget estimates, cost plans and tender documents
• Post-contract valuation, cost report and final account negotiations
• Measure and scale off from drawings and use CostX software

• Willingness to work on secondment and proactive in personal development
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with competence in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills, gain hands on experience and achieve formal qualifications
