A respected main contractor in Greater London is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team on refurbishment and restoration projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience with a main contractor and strong refurbishment expertise. The role is primarily office-based with site visits in Central London, requiring a daily commute to Bishops Stortford and excellent commercial awareness.
