Site Manager(Lead) – Mainly London – Industrial Refurbishments – Up to £55K + Car Allowance + Package

I am currently recruiting for a Contractor who specialise in Construction, Refurbishment & Fit-Out across the Industrial & Commercial Sector who are looking to expand their Production Team due to a full order book for 2026.

My client is an award-winning UK fit-out and refurbishment contractor with over 45 years of industry experience. The company has grown from delivering simple office fit-outs to managing and completing large-scale refurbishment projects across commercial, industrial and specialist sectors.

Requirements

* Refurbishment/Fit-Out Experience

* Experience with in the Industrial/Main Contracting Sector

* Worked on values up to £10 Million
