Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Package
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high-rise residential development in Central London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, health & safety, and stakeholder management from construction phase through to completion.
This role is suited to a strong construction professional with proven experience delivering multi-storey residential schemes within the London market.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the day-to-day management of a high-rise residential construction project
· Oversee programme delivery to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved
· Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships
· Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
· Monitor project budgets, variations, risk, and commercial performance alongside the commercial team
· Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reporting to senior management
· Coordinate design, technical, and operational teams to resolve construction issues
· Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of the build
· Drive productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship on site
· Support procurement and sequencing strategies to ensure efficient project delivery
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
· Proven track record delivering high-rise residential projects in London
· Main contractor experience essential
· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and programme management
· Experience managing projects from structural frame through to handover
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
· Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
· Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HNC/HND in Construction Management or related discipline preferred)
· SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable
