1st June Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a complex internal fit-out project based in Lanarkshire. This is a fixed-term contract initially scheduled for 5 months, with the opportunity to extend depending on project progression. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities on a busy fit-out project Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain programme targets Ensure all works are carried out in line with design specifications and quality standards Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Enforce strict health & safety compliance, including site inductions and audits Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and senior management Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and site diaries Manage material deliveries and ensure efficient use of resources Conduct regular site meetings and toolbox talks Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry Strong background in interiors / fit-out projects (essential) Experience managing complex internal refurbishment or high-quality fit-out works Valid SMSTS , CSCS , and First Aid certifications Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive problem-solving approach
