London | Start: ASAPThe Role A well-established main contractor with a strong project pipeline is looking for Intermediate and Quantity Surveyors to join a growing division. Projects range from £10m-£50m and include complex refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B schemes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for intermediate Quantity Surveyors to gain experience on high-value projects, work alongside senior commercial teams, and be part of a fast-growing business with strong cash reserves and an exciting future.
Key Responsibilities Assist in commercial management as a Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment, CAT A, and CAT B projects
Support procurement, valuations, variations, and progress payments
Monitor costs, update forecasts, and assist in reporting
Work with senior Quantity Surveyors and the commercial team to ensure projects remain on budget
Build experience and knowledge in a growing main contractor environment
What We're Looking For Proven Intermediate or Quantity Surveyor experience on refurbishment, CAT A or CAT B projects
Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm to progress
Ability to work within a team on high-value London projects
Ambition to develop within a growing division of a trusted main contractor
