Up to £80,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is an award-winning construction contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering luxury residential homes, heritage restorations and bespoke commercial projects across the South Coast. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

- The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring schemes are delivered profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients, playing a key role in the successful delivery of high-specification construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Cost planning and budget management Procurement and subcontractor management Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Cost reporting and forecasting Contract administration Risk and value management Negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements Monitoring project performance and profitability Supporting site teams with commercial guidance Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Quantity Surveyor Candidate Requirements:
