What Youll Be Doing Lead commercial management across multiple projects Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice Manage your own projects independently Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and change control Support 2-stage tenders and framework schemes Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial targets are met Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams

What Were Looking For Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential) DfE project experience on schemes £20m £70m (essential) Strong background managing your own projects
