• Contract administration across a range of refurbishment and maintenance schemes
• Preparing detailed specifications and schedules of work
• Managing client relationships and representing the consultancy with confidence
• Providing technical expertise across building pathology, compliance, and project delivery
• Supporting the development of the team as it continues to grow Desirable qualifications
  • Experience working within a consultancy environment
  • Strong capability in contract administration, spec writing, and client-facing delivery
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The confidence to lead projects and mentor others
  • Experience with in the social housing sector (highly advantageous)
  • MRICS status is desirable, but not essential – experience and attitude matter most.
