Location: Greater London
OCS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a flagship TFL project at Cockfosters Depot, part of the Piccadilly Line Upgrade. This role involves commercial management of civils and fit-out packages, totaling approximately £6m within a £32m project.
The ideal candidate will have around 8 years' experience, strong NEC contract knowledge, and will need to be present on site due to the project's complexity. Responsibilities include supporting cost reporting, managing change control, and collaborating with project teams.
