This is an opportunity to join a growing London-based contractor and developer delivering residential, mixed‑use and regeneration schemes, with a strong pipeline across new build and recladding projects.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial team across housing, student accommodation and co‑living developments, gaining hands‑on experience in cost management, procurement, and project delivery within a fast‑paced environment that values ambition and career progression.

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Trainee QS, Apprentice QS or Assistant QS
• Some experience within construction or residential projects – ideally high rise projects with a main contractor or developer
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness

Important: This is not a graduate role – you must have hands‑on experience already.

• Work on London‑based residential and regeneration schemes
• Gain experience in both new build and high‑demand recladding projects
