Wigan Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 discretionary bonus Benefits: £7000 Car allowance & comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator Commercial Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Commercial Fit Out with Must have extensive estimating experience within the construction fit-out market sector Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Resilient individual Highly organised with good attention to detail Familiar with estimating software such as Eque2 / Evaluate or similar Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Full UK driving license Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player who also works well individually Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within:
