This principal contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality projects across both the residential and commercial sectors, while also operating as a specialist subcontractor. With an expanding pipeline of enquiries and a growing portfolio of work, this is an exciting time to join their team. Project values typically range from £1 million to £10 million, predominantly across London. To support their continued growth, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the business and advance their career.

In this role, you will support the team across a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout London. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations; managing procurement; collaborating closely with Project Managers, contractors, and clients; and conducting regular site visits, among other duties.

The ideal candidate will have UK‑based experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector. This role is primarily office‑based, with site visits required at least once every two weeks.
