Site Manager – Construction & Cladding

United Infrastructure is a leading provider of critical infrastructure projects across the UK, delivering utility and social infrastructure solutions for water, energy, power, telecoms, and community revitalisation.

• Lead day‑to‑day site management for construction and high‑rise cladding projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
• Plan and supervise site activities, schedule resources, and manage subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, maintaining health and safety compliance and ensuring work meets building regulations and client specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and maintain accurate project records.
• Monitor programme delivery, identify and mitigate risks, and drive high standards of workmanship throughout all project phases.

• Proven experience managing construction and high‑rise façade/cladding projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety legislation, quality control processes, and construction best practices.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS (Management Level), and First Aid certification.
