Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Project Health and Safety Lead to support a leading demolition contractor on a major project in Central London. This is a hands‑on, site‑based position, spending 5 days per week on‑site, ensuring teams work safely and consistently to the highest standards.

• Conduct daily H&S inspections across demolition and groundworks sites.
• Review and help develop RAMS, toolbox talks, and safe systems of work.
• Provide practical, on‑site advice to site managers, supervisors, and operatives.
• Support investigations for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Deliver safety briefings and training sessions when required.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation including CDM Regulations.
• Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture across all projects.

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
• Experience in construction required; experience in demolition or concrete frame.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Confident in working in a highly operational, site‑based role 5 days a week.
