The Worksite Hub is a direct labour booking platform designed to connect contractors with reliable and verified site support for active construction and fitout projects. Built by industry experts, the platform eliminates uncertainty by allowing employers to view skills and certifications before bookings, choose appropriate tier levels, and book general labour for flexible durations, starting as short as one day. Specializing in practical site support like deliveries, protection, cleaning, and general assistance, The Worksite Hub streamlines workforce management to save time and ensure efficiency.

We cater to project managers and site managers who prioritize reliability and operational excellence.

We are currently onboarding CSCS labourers of various experience levels to join our platform and work on fit-out and construction projects.

The Worksite Hub allows workers to create a professional profile, showcase their experience and get booked directly by contractors.

Workers on the platform are organised into three tiers based on experience:

For labourers who are new to construction or have limited site experience (0-2 Yrs).

• Assisting trades on site
• Keeping work areas organised

For experienced labourers (2-5 Yrs) who understand site operations and can support trades effectively. Holds 2–3 specialist qualifications (e.g. Fire Marshall, First Aid, Traffic Marshall).

• Assisting carpenters, dry liners and installers
• Handling deliveries and materials
• Preparing work areas before installation

For highly experienced labourers (5+ Years) who can help coordinate labour tasks and support site teams.

• Supporting trade teams during installations
• Managing deliveries and materials

• Construction site experience preferred (With work references)
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Ability to travel to London sites
