You’ll join as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, depending on your experience. The focus is on public sector work—mainly social housing and education projects. Expect a mix of professional and project‑led work:

• Refurbishments
• Condition surveys
• Contract administration

You’ll manage your own schemes, support junior surveyors, and liaise directly with clients. Plenty of autonomy, a stable pipeline of work, and a supportive team behind you.

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB)
• Experience in the public sector—ideally social housing or education
• Confident running projects and dealing with clients
• Strong technical knowledge and proactive mindset
• Desire to develop long‑term within a business that invests in its people
