Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A well‑established international consultancy based in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing residential team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver a range of residential schemes, including high‑end developments, build‑to‑rent, and large‑scale regeneration projects across London. The Project Manager will join a high‑performing team with an excellent reputation in the residential sector, work closely with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of projects and client relationships.

Prior construction consultancy experience is required to be considered for the role.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project programmes, overseeing procurement processes, and managing risk. The role requires clear communication with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy, ideally on residential projects
• Degree in construction, project management, or a related discipline
• Working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
• Strong organisational and client‑facing skills
• Experience delivering residential schemes such as build‑to‑rent, private residential, or mixed‑use projects
