Therolewillinvolvecontractadministrationandpreparationofspecificationsonprojectsrangingfrom £600kto £5million,primarilyrefurbishmentworks.

Whileachartered Building Surveyorbackgroundisdesirable ,itisnotessential.

Thepositionisfocusedonprojectdelivery,client management,andsectorgrowthratherthansurveyingalone.

• Leadandmanageindustrialsectorprojects,ensuringdeliveryontime,budget,andtoahighstandard.
• Prepareandmanagecontractadministration,specifications,andprojectdocumentation.
• Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,takingaproactiveroleinbusinessdevelopment.
• Supportgrowthoftheindustrialteam,contributingtostrategyandsectorexpansion.
• Takeownershipofprojectsandopportunities,drivingthemindependentlywithminimalredtape.

• Chartered(RICS) preferredbutnotessential;candidatesfromaseniororassociateprojectmanagementbackgroundarewelcome.
• Experienceinindustrial,refurbishment,orcommercialprojectsishighlydesirable.
• Provenclient-facingskillsandtheabilitytomanageprojectsfromstarttofinish.
• Ambitiousandmotivated,lookingforastepupfromacurrentceilingincareerprogression.
• Confidentmanagingprojectsvaluedbetween £600k-£5million.
• Strong organisation,communication,andleadershipskills,withadrivetodevelopthesector.
