O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established main contractor operating heavily within the façade amd internal remediation, fire compliance and building safety sector across London. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple remediation schemes across the Greater London area.

The business delivers a range of façade replacement, fire remediation and occupied residential upgrade projects, including cladding replacement, compartmentation upgrades, fire stopping and fire door packages. They operate across both principal contractor and specialist subcontractor environments and have built a strong reputation within the post-Grenfell remediation market.
