Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a new care home development in Trowbridge.

The company specialises in the delivery of purpose-built care homes, assisted living developments and healthcare facilities, with projects typically ranging from £2m to £30m in value. Position Overview Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the project through the first-fix, second-fix, commissioning and handover phases. You will be responsible for driving programme, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are maintained and delivering a successful project completion. Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site operations Management of subcontractors and direct labour Programme management and coordination of trades Quality inspections and defect management Health & Safety compliance and site documentation Client and consultant liaison Managing project delivery through to practical completion Supporting commissioning and handover processes Site Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Manager on care home developments Strong traditional build construction background Proven experience managing projects from first fix through to completion Experience on projects valued between £2m and £30m Excellent leadership and communication skills SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Opportunity and Benefits:
