The Role
As a Graduate Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the UK. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in:
- Planning and managing site operations
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Coordinating subcontractors and resources
- Monitoring budgets and project progress
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
You’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop the skills and confidence.
Essential What We’re Looking For- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Passion for site management and construction
- Understanding of health and safety principles
- Industrial placement or work experience in construction
- Familiarity with site operations and subcontractor coordination
