* Job description
* We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter / Concrete Finisher to join our team. You will be involved in a variety of reinforced concrete (RC) projects, with key responsibilities including:
* Key Responsibilities:
* * Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Construct, install, and strike formwork systems for reinforced concrete structures
* Safely install and dismantle shutters in line with RAMS
* Place, vibrate, and finish concrete to a high standard
* Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and quality requirements
* Work collaboratively within small site teams
* Skills:
* * Proven experience with formwork systems such as Peri, Doka, and traditional methods
* Knowledge of working at height and in confined spaces
* Ability to interpret project plans and specifications accurately
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic steel fixing skills (advantageous but not essential)
Due to varied site locations and activities, successful candidates must have a full UK driving license.
Full set of work uniforms and necessary PPE will be provided.
