Build Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy maintenance team. This role is key to supporting operatives.

To carry out general labouring and housekeeping duties on site, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation. You will support the Site Manager & Skilled operatives, helping ensure facilities are kept to required standards and all works are completed efficiently and safely. Any issues related to Health & Safety, environment, or quality should be reported promptly to Site or Contracts Management.

• Assist site teams and subcontractors, ensuring a safe and tidy site at all times
• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day works and cleaning duties
• Help ensure all site works meet quality and safety expectations
• Request required materials through the Site Manager to carry out duties effectively

• Participate in Tool Box Talks
• Attend training as required to stay compliant and competent in the role
• Report hazards, risks, or issues promptly in line with site procedures

• Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by the Site Manager or management team
