An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a growing natural pool and swimming pond specialist.

This role offers progression into project management positions, alongside the chance to further develop and broaden technical expertise through a diverse range of high-end projects.

This is a well-established natural pool company known for its exceptional quality and commitment to training and development. The role offers extensive on-the-job training, and they will reward dedication with exciting opportunities for career advancement. The company designs and delivers natural swimming pools, traditional pools, to complete landscaping projects from excavation through to final installation. The business continues to expand with increasing project demand and a focus on introducing new technologies.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and eager to grow within the company.

Key responsibilities include leading on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard, reading and interpreting technical drawings, operating and overseeing the use of machinery, tracking labour and materials, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining excellent site organisation, to name a few.

To be considered for this role you must be a motivated individual, have knowledge of hard and soft landscaping and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues. This is a site-based role covering projects across the Home Counties, with occasional stay-away work and team meetings held every two months.

The Role:

Leading teams on natural pools and swimming ponds for construction projects
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Operating and overseeing the safe use of machinery and equipment
Tracking labour, materials, and project progress
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and head office
Maintaining high standards of site organisation and professionalism

The Person :

Knowledge of hard/soft landscaping
Familiar with excavation, landscaping tools, and machinery
Full UK driving licence
Proactive and independent individual
Great communicator
