Health & Safety Advisor

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale development, contributing to the successful delivery of a fast-paced and technically complex project.

As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture across site and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company procedures.

• Supporting site teams in the implementation of health & safety policies and procedures
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits
• Identifying hazards and advising on risk mitigation
• Assisting with RAMS reviews and method statements
• Investigating incidents and producing detailed reports
• Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement in health & safety performance

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within UK construction
• Experience working on M&E or commercial fit-out projects preferred
• NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and engage with site teams
