Speyhawk Limited seeks an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on new build hotel projects in London. This role offers up to £450 per day on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management with at least five years of experience. Previous hotel experience is advantageous. This position is office-based near the site with project values ranging from £50 million to £150 million.
