Job Overview
1st Select is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally. Our client is a leading consultancy in the Stock Condition Surveying industry, covering Kingston Upon Thames, and we are seeking three (3) Stock Condition Surveyors for this programme.
This role is a 6‑month contract with the possibility of continuing work.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally and externally.
- Stock Condition Surveying experience.
- HHSRS experience.
- Gain more experience in the building surveying industry.
- Flexible working hours.
- Payment outside of IR35.
