Contracts Manager (Roofing) – UK Roofing Contractor in Central London.
You will work closely with Site Management to ensure all projects are on track.
Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Provide weekly Quality Assurance oversight.
- Create and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Prepare progress reports.
- Distribute Friday Packs (Health & Safety information pack, Toolbox talks, etc.).
- Ensure Site Diaries are completed by Site Supervisors.
- Previous experience as a Site/Project/Contracts Manager with a roofing contractor.
- SMSTS, valid Management CSCS, and First Aid certification.
- Experience working with sub‑contractors.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Ability to drive and lead a team.
- Strong planning ability.
