A growing contractor within the fire protection sector is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in sprinkler systems to join its commercial team in London.
The company delivers fire protection installation projects across a range of commercial and industrial environments and continues to expand due to ongoing project growth.

- Supporting the commercial delivery of sprinkler installation projects
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Monitoring project progress and supporting cost control measures
- Assisting with subcontractor and supplier management
- Attending site visits and client meetings
- Working closely with project and commercial teams
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within sprinkler systems, fire protection, M&E, or construction services
- Understanding of commercial sprinkler installation projects
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
