Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction teams and specialist subcontractors, ensuring quality is kept at high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate teams and specialist sub-contractors to ensure the project adheres to timelines and quality standards.

* Manage daily operations to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

* Attend progress meetings if needed, providing updates and reports to Senior Management.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

* Address any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in construction project.

* Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

* Abilities:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
